George W. DuBose is buried beside his two wives, Mary and Elizabeth. The three gray memorial stones were placed August 19, 2001, by their great grandchildren, Pritchetts. The stones are identical and located on the South side of the cemetery near the road. George DuBose was a Civil War Veteran. George and Mary DuBose were the parents of Fannie "DuBose" Goodin, and granddaughter,Viola "Goodin" Pritchett.

His entire estate was left to his wife, Maryann, to be divided among their children at her death, or remarriage.

Benjamin married Fitzpatrick, Mary Ann about 1794. "The names of Benjamin's children on the will are Sarah Welch, John Lavender, Agnes Coker, Benjamin Lavender, Mary Lavender, Catherine Lavender, Zilpha Lavender, Elizabeth Lavender, Littleton Capel Lavender, Robert Winter Lavender and Isabel Lavender. From 1850 census records, we know that Robert Winter Lavender was the youngest, then Littleton Capel Lavender next to the youngest, and 9th, next up the list, not the youngest as listed on the will, Isabel (Isabella). "
